My Notes:
As easy as the pattern looks,
it has its "issues".
The sweater is knit in the round
up to the armhole area.
The sleeves are knit in the round
both separately.
Then, all three "circles" are joined and
the newly created yoke is knit up to the top.
The tricky part is getting the 2x2 rib
sequenced correctly so that
the K2's meet the P2's in order
as you leap from front bodice to left sleeve...
and from left sleeve to back bodice...
and from back bodice to right sleeve.
No easy feat if you don't plan ahead
or are not forewarned.
The pattern was a complete bore from
the cast-on edge to the sleeve area...
where it immediately became
a nightmare to figure out.
I would not recommend this pattern
for new knitters at all.
For those who are not faint of heart:
Knit through the boredom,
and hack through the problems.
The pattern is not well-written.
It is absent of helpful details & tips.
